Help with your biodata, payment and download
Find answers before you begin, or use these steps when a draft, payment or download needs attention.
Where is my draft saved?
Drafts and uploaded photos are saved in the browser you used to create them. Open My Drafts in that same browser and device. There is no account, cloud backup or cross-device synchronization.
Clearing website data, using private browsing or automatic browser storage cleanup may remove drafts. Keep a downloaded copy of important documents; reopening this website on a new device will not restore a local draft.
What can I check before paying?
You can enter your details, choose a design and view the preview before checkout. Review all pages and any public-sharing privacy choices. A payment unlocks one draft's PDF, PNG and print exports, including later edits in the same browser.
Duplicating a draft creates a separate draft that requires its own payment. Keep your payment reference and do not clear the browser's cookies if you want to keep access.
Money was deducted, but the download is locked
Stay in the same browser and return to the payment page for that draft. Use Check payment status to check for a completed payment. A payment may still be processing, so check its status before starting another payment.
When payment is confirmed, use the download or print button again. If the issue continues, keep your Razorpay payment reference and note the message displayed on the screen. Do not send your biodata, payment-card details or one-time passwords in a support request.
How do I write my biodata in Hindi?
Start from the Hindi page, or select Hindi under Document language in the editor. This changes section and field labels. Type your details in Hindi yourself; selecting a language does not automatically translate text you have already written.
How do I share or print the document?
Open the draft, review the export preview and choose PDF, PNG or print. After payment is confirmed, save the downloaded file or complete your browser's print dialog. You can attach the saved file in your preferred messaging or email app.
There are no public profile or sharing links. Public-sharing exports omit fields marked private, but your name, photo and any fields you leave visible may still be included. Open the actual file and check it before forwarding.
